My Sister Cathy Ishigami Upton
I have been searching for my half-sister. Her name is Cathy (or Kathy) Upton and she was adopted in Japan by an American serviceman and his Japanese wife. The adoptive parents' names may be John and Yoko Upton. Her name at adoption was Cathleen Ishigami and she may have been born sometime in 1958.
